I dink I 'ab a colb...

(translation: I think I have a cold.)

It's that time of year again. Cold and flu season (or - 'colb amb flu seasob' to those of us that have already fell victim) I hate cold and flu season (then again I have yet to hear anyone say that LIKE it)... Sometimes it seems half the time I sick and the other half I'm getting better... but perhaps I can avoid it better this time than I did last year (not getting sick until mid Nov. is a good sign...). Well today I am armed with my peppermint tea, and tissues... which isn't helping much...

Well it's been 8 days, 4hrs, something minutes, and so evermany seconds (and counting) in the great spinning wheel wait!! I've been sorely tempted to call The Woolery and see if they know better yet when they'll get their wheels in... but I have a feeling that really won't help to get the wheels there any faster. Now if I had the delivery guys mobile #... THEN I might be able to get them there faster... ;-) ("WHAT?! You're stopping to SLEEP?! You can't SLEEP! That's MY WHEEL you've got in the back of that truck!!!" ). I can't wait for it to get here!! I got some new roving and somehow I just can't spin it on the wheel that I'm borrowing... though I think I'll over come this feeling pretty fast in the next week or so of nooo spinning!!!

Thanksgiving is VERY fast approaching... I can think of so many things to be thankful for this year, the very least of which is that my Christmas presents are coming along rather nicely - and this is actually a very big thing to be thankful for! (well for the girl that finished a Christmas presented pair of socks in September of the next year it is...) I still may not get absolutely everything I wanted to done, but the most important things should, at this rate, be finished on time!

This makes me One Happy Dandelion, even despite the cold...
